ZIRKONART ACADEMY, THE SECRETS OF ZIRCONIA

The ZirkonArt academy courses are a further step forward in the knowledge of the use of monolithic zirkonia. Subdivided according to the type of composition of the zirkonia, they offer advanced training to achieve complete mastery of the product.

CORRECT MANAGEMENT OF ZIRCONIA

First meeting:
start of work at 9.30 end of work at about 17.00

Second meeting:
start of work at 9.30 am and end of work at about 1.30 pm

During this course, all the steps necessary for the correct management of Zirconia in the laboratory will be explained and carried out according to the protocols developed by ZirkonArt.
Both the finishing techniques of the zirconia in the green phase and those of strengthening with infiltration colors will be addressed, using both the MAC ceramic mass and the MIYO super colors for the finalization of the artifacts.
The course participants will perform, on the two crowns that will be provided, the same protocols and the same steps that the speaker will show and explain to him during his demonstration.
During the first meeting, in addition to the first theoretical part, the finishing and weaving techniques of zirconia in the green phase will be performed with spatulas and burins, and the enhancement of dentinal and incisal colors with the use of ZirkonArt infiltration liquids.
The second meeting will serve to evaluate and compare the sintering of the artifacts obtained by the participants in the course and to finalize the works using
both the MAC ceramic mass and the MIYO super colors.

MAC is a special ceramic gel mass that increases adhesion and improves the effect of depth, to be used before the aesthetic finalization of Zirconia with stains or ceramic.
MIYO is the new line of latest generation super colors, very performing and versatile, produced by the American company Jensen.

MASTER COURSE

THEORETICAL PRACTICAL DURATION 3 SESSIONS OF 2 DAYS

Master structured in three two-day meetings with three speakers.
This Master deals with many cases to be carried out starting from digital design and milling to arrive at selective inflation from pure neutral to individualized multi-chromatic (techniques compared) and finalizing the artifacts with microstratification technique.

Applying the ZirkonArt philosophy that enhances the union of digital technology with manual art to achieve the state of the art of zirconia prosthetic products.

Introduction to ceramic materials, how and when to use them and why to prefer them in the light of twenty years of experience, production protocols, creation of customized sintering curves, finishing with rotary instruments and manual instruments the correct weaving of the zirconia product in order to improve the aesthetic appearance of the chosen elements. Selective infiltration on the various types of materials, finalization with microstratification techniques and surface painting using the combined ZirkonArt MAC kit to various paste stains.

This course is aimed at all technicians who want deepen and improve your own technique finalization on zirconia will be done in two phases, the first theoretical to educate the technician to the right approach with the Zirconia is the second practice to find the right ones finalization techniques to optimize times and results aesthetic always in “safety”.

THEORETICAL PRACTICAL DURATION 1 DAY

This course is aimed at the technician who wants to learn the basis for the finalization of Zirconia artifacts, will be carried out in two parts, the first theoretical introduction to surface coloring techniques, the second part practice involves the use of the ZirkonArt MAC kit combined with various paste stains with which the best can be obtained surface painting results in the glaze phase.

SMART COURSE

THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL DURATION 2 DAYS

For the Technician who wants to approach selective infiltration in the green phase combined with that of micro stratification for finalizing the artifacts, this course includes a first theoretical part of approach to the infiltration technique selective Zirconia and a practical part where i participants will infiltrate the elements by sintering them in the evening itself at the Academy. Finishing with rotary tools e manual tools the correct weaving of the artifact in zirconia to improve the aesthetic appearance of the elements chosen.

The next day all post results will be evaluated sintering and finalizing all works with the ZirkonArt kit MAC combined with various paste stains to arrive at the technique of micro stratification that will be performed by both the speaker than by course participants.

INTENSIVE COURSE

THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL DURATION 2 DAYS

This Advanced course is aimed at the Technician who wants deepen the technique of modeling and weaving of the artifacts in the green phase by combining it with those of selective infiltration and that of the micro more advanced layering. In this course we provide a first theoretical part of approach to the technique of modeling and weaving in the green phase also addressing advanced selective infiltration of Zirconia, then the participants will start the practical part modeling and refining the chosen elements that will later come infiltrated with the advanced selective technique and sintered at the Academy.

The next day all post results will be evaluated sintering and finalizing all works with the ZirkonArt kit MAC combined with various paste stains to arrive at the technique of micro stratification which will be performed by both the speaker than by course participants.

This Advanced course is aimed at the Technician who wants to deepen the technique of modeling and weaving of artifacts in the green phase, combining it with those of selective infiltration and that of the most advanced micro-stratification. In this course a first theoretical part is expected to approach the modeling and weaving technique in the green phase, also addressing advanced selective infiltration of Zirconia, then the participants will begin the practical part by modeling and weaving the chosen elements which will then be infiltrated with the advanced selective technique and sintered at the Academy.

Refining the correct weaving of the zirconia product with rotating tools and manual tools to improve the appearance aesthetic of the elements chosen.

The next day, all the post sintering results will be evaluated and all the jobs finalized with the ZirkonArt MAC kit combined with the various paste stains to arrive at the micro-layering technique that will be performed by both the speaker and the give course participants.
